Yrene Tamayo-Lambert is a private equity and investment executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure investments across the Americas, the Middle East, and international markets. She has spearheaded transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $3 billion, structuring institutional partnerships, investment vehicles, and capital strategies for globally significant developments. Formerly Chief Investment Officer at Brilla Group and Managing Director of Lambert Advisory, she brings deep expertise in private equity, corporate strategy, capital formation, and cross-border investment, helping position Supernature for long-term institutional growth.

Philip W. Jalufka

Leads operational strategy, execution, and delivery across Supernature's global portfolio of ecological communities.

Philip is the founder and CEO of Legacy International, where for nearly two decades he has advised developers, builders, and global brands on the planning, positioning, and execution of large-scale residential and resort communities throughout the Americas. He has led master-planned developments exceeding $1 billion in sales, created a proven development and execution framework, and built strategic partnerships across the United States, Mexico, the Bahamas, Belize, Costa Rica, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. A graduate of West Point, former U.S. Army Special Operations helicopter pilot, and MBA holder from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Philip brings disciplined leadership and operational excellence to the delivery of Supernature's vision. He is also the author of Life Equation, a book exploring purpose-driven leadership and personal growth.

Christopher Lejeune is an entrepreneur, designer, and creative technologist best known as the co-founder of Obscura Digital and Projecting Change, pioneers in large-scale immersive experiences and digital public art. His work has transformed iconic spaces around the world through the convergence of storytelling, technology, architecture, and culture. Currently exploring the provenance of generative AI at Nevermined Studios, Christopher is passionate about using emerging technologies to elevate human consciousness and accelerate the transition toward an ecological civilization. At Supernature, he leads the development of the cultural and technological experiences that bring living communities to life.

Steven Ehlinger is a financial executive with more than 25 years of experience in capital strategy, corporate finance, and organizational growth, advising companies from early-stage ventures to Fortune 100 organizations. A Managing Partner at 783 Capital Partners and the founding Chief Financial Officer of EcoMedia through its acquisition by CBS Corporation, he has guided numerous companies through capital raises, financial modeling, strategic planning, and successful exits. His experience building scalable financial systems and advising mission-driven organizations positions Supernature for disciplined growth and long-term institutional success.
