Daniel is an award-winning building physics engineer working out of London but working on projects all over the world. He has a specialist range of environmental design and simulation experience relating to energy performance, thermal comfort, daylighting and facade design. An expert in bespoke tool development for building physics applications, He has developed an expertise of optimising the parameters of glazed areas, external shading, fabric properties and facade orientation for buildings located in extreme environments. Daniel was one of the first engineers internationally to utilise the UTCI external occupant comfort scale. He is driven to continue innovating and his latest new service offering is the analysis of comfort experience by the individual to supplement the existing spatial comfort analysis methodology
